Damages and Issues

Please note that due to the nature of additive manufacturing, there might be some slight differences in appearance, design, and color. We do not consider this as damage or a defect.

Please make an uncut video unboxing, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges waranty product will only be accepted in the case of a functional factory defect within 3 month period, and not because of lack of skill and knowledge related issues or failure to follow the usage instructions. Please ensure you have the appropriate fundamental lash fanning skills before making a purchase.

We do not cover waranty resulting from mishandling by the customer, such as :

  • Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse, breakage from fall, miss installation, abuse, abnormal voltage, water, fire, transport accident, and other external causes.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modifications, disassembly of parts, or components not in accordance with official instructions.
  • Damage caused by non-authorized service providers.
  • Damage caused by operations that did not follow instructional recommendations.
  • Damage resulting from any non-Stellash.Co technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate product set-up and installation.
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized seller, illegitimate platform, or secondhand sales.
  • Damage resulting from reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
 
 
 

Refund

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging plastic box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. In case of a refund approved, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund. No exceptions will be made. To avoid losses on both sides, please ensure your commitment and appropriate basic eyelash extension skill before making a purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at finance@stellash.co or stellashco@gmail.com.
